Chris James Hector

Chris James Hector has been a licensed real estate agent since 1980, she earned her Associate Broker license in 1992, and opened Chris James Hector Realty in 2011. Chris’s other credentials include Broker Appraiser, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Graduate Realtor Institute.


Chris grew up in the Springford area and moved to Phoenixville 1990. She presently works and resides in her East Pikeland home. Chris and Andrea are active members in the Springford, Phoenixville, and Perkiomen Valley Area Chamber of Commerce.


Andrea Heskett

In 2007 Andrea Heskett graduated from Owen J Roberts High School. That same year she earned her Real Estate Salesperson license. Since then she has been working full time along side Chris with home buyers and sellers. Since 2012 Andrea has been continuing her real estate education and working to become an Associate Broker. Andrea presently has the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation.

Andrea Heskett is originally from Spring City and presently resides in East Coventry with her husband and friendly German Shepherd, Jack.
